| Muza Metal Products is a full service contract metal fabricator and machining company doing business for numerous large, progressive OEM companies. We seek controlled growth year over year by identifying and partnering with select customers that lead their industries in sustainable markets. Our full service capabilities allows us to provide a "one stop shop" for our customer base. We have also worked hard at increasing our offerings in regard to lot sizes, material thicknesses, and material types. We utilize annual strategic planning to assure we have the appropriate resources to continually exceed the needs of our growing customer base. |

| With the 2006 fall addition of 36,000 square feet and recent acquisitions, Muza Metal Products facilities now total 180,000 square feet. Through numerous 5S and other lean initiatives, Muza has created a well organized, clean and safe work environment for its employees. The flow of the plant has been streamlined to minimize product movement and wasted motion. |

| Our History |

| Muza Metal Products was founded in 1928 inside the garage of Leo Muza Sr. as a two person sheet metal shop. In 1953, Leo Muza Jr. took over the business, transitioned it into a stamping and painting operation and, in 1956, moved the business to the present facility. In keeping with the family tradition, in 1997 Tom Muza purchased the business from his father and focused the company on being a progressive, technology driven metal fabricator. Muza Metal Products continues as a third generation, privately held business today. |
